Organize Your Subscriptions

The following chapter show you how to organize subscribed sites list. Some techniques should make you happier. For example, the Fresh Reader supports OPML format so that you can easily import subscriptions from other RSS readers, such as Bloglines.

Edit Folders

You probably want to create folders to organize subscriptions. Of course, you create them, edit their names, and delete them. Click [Options ], and then go to 'Add/Edit/Delete Folder'.

You can change the order of folders with using 'UP' and 'DOWN' buttons.

You can edit subscription list for each folder at [Options ] >> 'Edit Subscription List'.

You can change the settings for actions/display of site feeds.

Import subscriptions from Bloglines

The Fresh Reader provides OPML file importing functionality. You can easily migrate subscriptions from Bloglines to the Fresh Reader.

  1. Export subscriptions at Bloglines

    2. Click 'Edit',

    and then click 'Export Subscriptions' near the bottom-left corner .
  2. Return to the Fresh Reader and go to [Options ] >> 'Import Subscription List (OPML)'
