I cannot access to the Fresh Reader

Confirm the following checkpoints.

The client can access to the server?

% ping (server URL)

The server has fixed IP Address?

If you usually access to the Fresh Reader using IP Address, the server need to have a fixed IP address, or sometimes you can't access to the Fresh Reader.

I don't know the server URL

The Windows Firewall may prevents you access to the Fresh Reader. Check the configuration of The Windows Firewall.
