About IE7
Popup Dialogs
IE7 may prevent Fresh Reader to open popup dialogs. You can avoid this problem by adding your domain where Fresh Reader are installed to 'Trusted sites'.
For details, go to 'Tools' > 'Internet Options...' > 'Security' tab, and select 'Trusted sites', click 'Sites...' and add the domain.
